Shipping (Australia Only)
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment.
- Delivery usually takes up to 7 business days (longer during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and public holidays).
- Orders with multiple items may arrive separately.
- Choose from Standard Post or Express Post, both fulfilled by Australia Post.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
Please note: We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Change of Mind Returns
If you choose to return an item due to a change of mind, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. Return postage costs are not covered by us unless the item is faulty or required by law.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Meriton Suites SHOP, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on most full-priced and reduced merchandise within the timeframes below:
- In-Hotel Purchases: 30 days from the date of purchase
- Online (Australia): 30 days from the date of delivery
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns
Merchandise returned within the above timeframes is eligible for a refund or exchange provided that:
- Proof of purchase is supplied
- The item is in original condition, unused and with all tags intact
- Costs of returning items is the buyers responsibility
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind:
- Hand & Body products, Room Sprays, Oral care items, Skincare and Haircare items
- Mattresses, Pillows and Pillow Protectors
- Personalised items
Consumer Guarantees
This Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if your item:
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Is different from the description or sample
If the fault is major, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the fault is minor, we may offer a free repair. More information is available from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)
Items purchased as seconds or samples cannot be returned for the fault identified at the time of sale. However, if another fault develops that was not disclosed, your ACL rights apply.
Please note: Our team cannot assess worn or used items via phone or email. All returns must be physically sent back by post or brought in-store for inspection.
Online Orders – Cancellations & Amendments
Once your order has been placed online, we are unable to cancel or amend it. This includes changes such as:
- Delivery address
- Colours or sizes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discount codes
- Full order cancellations
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage or reimburse you upon receipt of proof.
