Shipping & Pick-Up Information
📍 Pick-Up (Kent Street Sydney Hotel Front Desk)
Level 10, 528 Kent Street, Sydney NSW
- Select ‘Pick-Up’ at checkout and we’ll prepare your order within 1 business day.
- You’ll receive a text message once your order is ready.
- Collect your order anytime between 7am – 10pm daily.
Important: Orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded less a restocking fee.
📦 Shipping (Australia Only)
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment.
- Delivery usually takes up to 7 business days (longer during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and public holidays).
- Orders with multiple items may arrive separately.
- Choose from Standard Post or Express Post, both fulfilled by Australia Post.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
